Yin yoga w/Agnete
Yin yoga is a soft form of yoga focusing on the calm and quiet moment. Yin works on that part of our body that are closest to our center, the most vital. The structure around our skeleton and the function of our internal organs. Yin is a mixture of yoga, mindfulness and Chinese medicine. Very good if you are stressed and need to calm down. Suitable for all levels.
Time: Tuesdays at 17.45-18.15 (90 min)
Price: 10 times: 1900 kr, Drop-in: 250 kr.

- It is not possible to Pay trough the app, just choose unpaid. Invoice will be coming on e-mail, just let us know if you want 10 times or drop-ins.
